"Great experience with Bruce! He came and drilled the lock hole in a 2 inch think door. We discovered the lock needed an extension kit to complete the installation. Lock installation wasn’t park of the deal, he went above and beyond to accommodate the projects completion. He helped me order an extension kit and returned when it arrived for the lock installation! Thank you Bruce!!!!"
